Kontrols & Industrial Weighing (KIW) was formed in June 1998 to take over the business of PHILIPS scientific & industrial division in Australia (Industrial Weighing). Globally this division was sold to SARTORIUS Corp, making it one of the world biggest weighing technology organisations, and KIW is the sole Australian distributor for SARTORIUS mechatronics equipment.
