Our weighing controller is the central part for producing the different type of  Yogurt, the Recipe is selected from a PC and downloaded to the controller. Once started the controller not only weighs our the required components but runs the heat exchange and circulation of product for the required finish, messages are passed to PLC’s to control the CIP and other sub systems
